• Creative Creatures Workshops

Join the LRK Creative Creatures team and let your imagination take flight! Led by our brilliant movement facilitators, these playful workshops invite little ones to run wild and free through dance, movement, and makebelieve, creating their very own magical beasts.

Using games, theatre, and the power of imagination, children will explore new ways to move, express themselves, and bring fantastical creatures to life. These sessions are all about confidence, creativity, fun, and freedom — the perfect blend of movement and magic for young festival adventurers. (Suitable for age 7+)

Planet Neve 

Neve is on a secret mission to find the missing part for her Magic Song Maker. Join Neve and her best friends, Ray and Lee, on a very special musical adventure featuring original songs, fun dances and simple games suitable for kids aged 2 and up.

Yukee’s Garden Party

Join Neve the Yukee fan club president on a mission to find the Garden Gang and save the big concert! Along the way play games, interact with the characters and sing along to songs from the show in this musical adventure including original songs, musical games, puzzles and audience participation based on the hit CBeebie’s show Yukee! 

Graham Smyth’s-Music to Interact with

Existing and future lovers of electronic music, both big and small, you’re in for a treat. Because with live show ‘Music To Interact With’, DJ and musician Graham Smyth performs his album 'Music For Babies To Rave And Sleep To' not just for you, but with you! Join Graham at this exclusive set where you’ll learn all about how electronic music is made. During the interactive show, you’ll get involved in a micro rave, a soundtracked nap AND the chance to be a ‘Featured Artist’ in Graham’s live performance, using swanky synthesisers and crazy effects pedals. 

Mark-the Science Guy

Hilarious, spontaneous, outrageous! Join Mark the Science Guy on a scientific adventure as you discover your true superpower, Science! 

Scientist and TV Presenter, Mark the Science Guy, from RTE's award-winning science series, 'Let's Find Out', will host an interactive, fun-filled, energetic display of his favourite experiments and demonstrations for the whole family to enjoy. 

Plenty of enthusiastic volunteers will be need in this highly interactive family show. Giggles guaranteed.

• Cool Food School

Join the Cool Food School for fun, hands‑on cooking and food‑discovery workshops led by multi‑award‑winning food educator and children’s cookbook author Deirdre!

Kids can make their own butter and jam, listen to their food, hunt for a blue tomato, and dive into loads more tasty, surprising and interactive activities.

Expect curious minds, messy hands, big smiles, and brand‑new food adventures!

• Waterford Walls

We’re thrilled to welcome Waterford Walls to the Kids Area this year with their vibrant and inclusive streetart workshop! Grab a spray can, unleash your imagination, and create your very own artwork under the expert guidance of their brilliant mural artists.

Whether you’re a minimaker or a budding graffiti pro, this handson experience is all about colour, creativity, and confidence. And the best part? You get to take your masterpiece home.

• Firefly Crafts

Unleash your inner artist with a brilliant mix of handson makes! Get creative as you design your own keyring, craft fabulous pottery, decorate a festivalready bag, and dive into undertheseathemed creations. 

• Forest Crafts 

Join us for woodland crafts, enjoy nature inspired activities and make some fab crafts to take home as a memento of the festival.

• Science Workshops

SLí Does Science returns with another brilliant, handson adventure into everyday science and sustainability! Young festivalgoers can explore the surprising science hidden in everyday items like lemons, vinegar, and more. Through a series of fun, interactive experiments, kids will discover how simple materials can spark big ideas and how science can help shape a more sustainable future. It’s playful, educational, and packed with “wow” moments for curious minds of all ages.

• Circus workshops 

Boggle Entertainments are bringing their legendary workshops to this year’s Kids Together.

From hoops and spinning plates to juggling balls and handheld stilts, Boggle have all you need to learn some new skills and run way with the circus. No booking needed, no age limits and no experience required. 

Keep your eyes peeled around the Children’s Area… you might just spot one of Boggle’s playful characters pedalling by on a pennyfarthing. Who knows who you’ll meet next?

• Gaiety School presents- The Imaginarium Adventures 

Something strange is happening in the Imaginarium. Words are disappearing, stories are falling apart, and the Queen has lost her voice.

Now it is up to the audience to help.

In this interactive theatre adventure, young audiences join the performers to solve riddles, finish missing sentences, and help restore the imagination that keeps the world of the Imaginarium alive.

Together, with a little courage and a lot of imagination, the lost pieces of the Imaginarium might just be brought back.

• The Actual Reality Arcade

A Kids Together favourite returns! The Actual Reality Arcade is back-bringing you life‑sized, real‑world versions of classic arcade games where you become the player.

Step inside this unforgettable world of oversized, hands‑on fun. Run, jump, build, dodge, and play your way through games that spark nostalgia for grown‑ups and create brand‑new memories for kids. Expect big laughs, active play, and plenty of moments worth shouting about.

Hugely popular with players and spectators alike, The Actual Reality Arcade brings joy wherever it lands and we’re thrilled to welcome it back for another year of epic family fun.

• Baby Sensory 

Join Louise from Baby Sensory Southeast for a joyful, gentle session designed especially for your little one. Enjoy singing, action songs, dancing, and of course, plenty of bubbles! It’s a warm, welcoming space for babies and grownups to play, bond, and explore together

• The Bubble Guys

The Bubble Guys are back, bringing jawdropping giant bubbles, shimmering shapes, and magical, floaty fun all weekend long. Wander through drifting clouds of bubbles, watch the skies come alive with colour, and let the kids chase, pop, and play to their hearts’ content.

• Face Painting

Our amazing face‑painting team is back to transform festival‑goers of all ages into fierce tigers, magical fairies, epic superheroes, and anything else your imagination can dream up. Step into the chair and step out as someone brand new-colourful, sparkly, and festival‑ready!

• Disco Shed

Festivalland’s legendary Disco Shed is rolling back into Kids Together for a full weekend of top tunes, big laughs, and allround good vibes! Count Skylarkin and Peepshow Paddy are bringing their actual garden shed-complete with DJ decks, disco lights, the iconic Disco Shed Inferno Smoke Machine™, and heaps of trademark silliness. Families can dive into a packed schedule of fun, including:

• The Shed Factor – our junior talent show for budding stars

Funky Fi – Disco Date

Join Funky Fi as she gets ready for her big Disco Date and finds herself caught up in a whirlwind of funky tunes, fabulous circus tricks, and a few hilarious mishaps along the way! This aerial spectacular is guaranteed to bring sparkle, silliness, and plenty of disco‑powered delight to your festival day.
