BREATHE OUT - CLASSES
In the Breathe Out space we offer a wide variety of classes to help you feel good in your own skin through movement, song, laughter and deep (deep) relaxation. The sessions are one hour long, for all abilities and also free. There is no need to book, just come on a drop in basis.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY SCHEDULE
9-10am Yin Yoga with Nadasen Ram RaviWorking with a beautiful Yin Yoga Sequence - we will access The Fire Meridian - which is liked to the Heart and houses Shen - The Spirit of the Mind - Awareness, Reflection, Thought. We will open up to the Heart and let it guide us with Joy and Love - the emotions which sit in The Heart.
10-11am Kirtan with Karen,Freddy & LariYogic chanting is meditation through song. Kirtan is a very simple & powerful way to meditate. It’s effortless & joyful; the music does the work for you as you flow with the melody & rhythm. A mantra is sung and repeated , an energy is created and a beautiful calm and hum comes over the body, mind and spirit and connects us all.
11-12pm TRE® Tension & Trauma Release with Dermot DoyleTRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. A natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating is activated that releases muscular tension and calms down the nervous system.
12-1pm Tantric Hatha Yoga with Keith TreacyA blend of postures and breath work to create a balanced integrative yoga practice. The flow will be sequenced to make it accessible to all. The workshop will simultaneously challenge the physical body and balance the energetic body.
1-2pm Flow & Nidra with Cathy FrenchGive your body and nervous system exactly what's needed to reset. We start with music, deep breathing and sweet and simple yoga poses and then lie down for nidra- a guided deep relaxation which is the equivalent to four hours of deep rest.
2-3pm Stress Buster with Katie DugganWe will breathe, grow and stretch together to bring harmony and balance to the body, mind and soul. Vibing with the festival spirit to become more relaxed and at ease with ourselves
3-4pm Dance Meditation with Ana StefanThe music does the work for you as you flow with the melody & rhythm. A mantra is sung and repeated , an energy is created and a beautiful calm and hum comes over the body, mind and spirit and connects us all.
4-5pm Laughter Yoga with Louise BurchallWe use breathing exercises combined with gentle stretching to oxygenate the body and mind. This combined with youthful playfulness starts the laughter and as we all know, laughter is contagious! It's a fun hour and you'll leave happy, light and full of energy. Louise was awarded “Laughter Ambassador” by founder Dr Kataria in recognition of her work in Ireland.
4-5pm Qi Gong on the lawn with Máire Ní GQi Gong comes from ancient China, a combination of breath and movement to activate your life-force. Many people find Qi Gong calming, yet also energising – often referred to as ‘acupuncture without needles’. It has been known to improve immunity, increase focus and reduce stress-related illness.
