Borgo, Dublin’s Michelin Bib Gourmand Italian restaurant, will host this year’s All Together Now Banquet — bringing an elevated, provenance‑driven dining experience to the heart of the festival.

After three years of acclaimed service on-site under sister restaurants Crudo and Achara, Borgo now leads the 2026 edition with a festive four‑course menu served across all three days.

The banquet will showcase Borgo’s signature approach to Italian cooking: generous, seasonal, ingredient‑first dishes shaped by Irish growers and producers. Guests will enjoy a sharing antipasti spread, Borgo’s cult‑favourite arancini, handmade asparagus ravioli, and a homemade ice‑cream sandwich dessert

Across Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, Borgo will also run two breakfast/brunch sittings featuring ricotta & free‑range scrambled eggs with local sausages and a Borgo French toast.

A tightly curated wine list and a Mediterranean‑leaning cocktail programme will complete the experience, designed specifically for the festival setting.
