All Together Now 2026 Announces Its Biggest Food Programme Yet, Featuring Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant Borgo, Tang’s Arabizi BBQ for Médecins Sans Frontières and Theatre of Food’s Kitchen Press
All Together Now returns to the grounds of Curraghmore Estate this August Bank Holiday weekend with the most ambitious food offering to date. From a charity BBQ raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontières to a Michelin Bib Gourmand banquet and a weekend of unexpected food conversation and tastings, the 2026 festival positions food and drink firmly at its cultural heart.
Tang Returns with Arabizi BBQ in aid of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)
Tang, known for its punchy Middle Eastern flavours, returns to All Together Now for its second year, this time under a new name and a clear cause. The Arabizi BBQ will run across the festival weekend with all profits donated directly to Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors without Borders (MSF) to support its ongoing humanitarian work in the Middle East.
“We are very grateful to Tang, Mother and everyone at All Together Now for their support of MSF’s vital work on the frontlines of wars, epidemics and natural disasters. As a Palestinian doctor working on the ground with MSF for over 20 years I have been involved with and born witness to the impact of independent, humanitarian medical assistance for communities living through conflict, siege and genocidal war. Solidarity and support for one another is needed now more than ever,” said Mohammed Abumughaiseeb, MSF Doctor who will be speaking at All Together Now.
Each day, Tang will host a communal banquet for 100 guests - a curated, sharing-style feast soundtracked by soul and disco courtesy of resident DJs Kelly-Anne Byrne & Ruth Kavanagh of Mother. Throughout the day, festival-goers can enjoy a lively Middle Eastern BBQ serving freshly fired saj flatbreads, marinated meats, seasonal vegetables cooked over fire and Tang’s signature salads.
Dinner: €65pp
BORGO Brings Michelin Bib Gourmand Italian Dining to the Festival Banquet
Borgo, Dublin’s Michelin Bib Gourmand Italian restaurant, takes the helm of 2026 All Together Now Banquet, bringing an elevated, provenance‑driven, four-course dinner to the heart of the festival across three days. It is the first time Borgo leads the experience in its own right, following three years of acclaimed service at the festival through sister restaurants Crudo and Achara.
Guests can expect:
Sharing antipasti spread
Borgo’s cult‑favourite arancini
Handmade asparagus ravioli
Torta della nonna
Borgo will also run morning brunch sittings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, serving ricotta and free‑range scrambled eggs with local sausages, and a Borgo French toast. A curated wine list and Mediterranean‑leaning cocktail programme complete the experience, designed specifically for the festival setting.
Dinner: €65pp // Brunch: €29pp // Kids’ menu available

Bia agus Deoch, a pop-up food and drink Gaeltacht celebrating Irish producers, great food, great drink and cúpla focal with Ann Ní Chíobháin, Dáire Ó Lúing and Siobhán Ní Ghairbhith.
Chef JR Ryall joining a nostalgic blind tasting of iconic 80s and 90s foods
Food writer Shamim de Brún, chef Melissa McCabe and Marcus O'Laoire celebrating the great Irish chipper.
Drinks expert Oisín Davis on the many ways Irish whiskey belongs at the table.
Frying Pan or Fire: Kevin Thornton, Paul Flynn and other leading Irish food voices go head-to-head with their hottest takes for the audience to judge.
The weekend closes with The Kitchen Press Céilí - a celebration of almost two decades of Theatre of Food with chefs, storytellers and special guests for an afternoon of music, hospitality and great company. No typical cooking demos here - you never know what's going to happen at the Kitchen Press.
