Using this form we will collect details about you or your group, what you are proposing as your involvement with the event, and we will ask you to tell us about the equipment you want to bring on site.

We will also collect details about what you are requesting from us to facilitate your involvement with the event, like services hookup for example. It is important to remember however that these are requests, and what will actually be provided will be decided by the event staff reviewing your request.

We will ask you for supporting information like licences, certificates and accreditation needs at a later time.
