Achara x All Together Now 2025

At All Together Now 2025, the team behind Crudo are back in the restaurant tent to bring Achara to the iconic Curraghmore Lawns. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Northern Thailand, this pop-up restaurant immerses guests in a 4-course journey, serving family-style feasts that bring people together around communal tables.

Each dish, from fragrant curries to grilled meats and fresh, zesty salads, captures the essence of Thai street fare, using locally sourced ingredients and bold flavors. To complement the flavors, Night Bazaar pours an eclectic selection of natural wines, enhancing the casual yet vibrant atmosphere.

Whether you're savoring the heat of chili-laced dishes or clinking glasses with friends, Achara offers an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the warmth, flavor, and spirit of Thailand’s lively markets.

ABOUT ACHARA

Tucked into the heart of Dublin 2, Achara is a restaurant defined by fire, flavour, and a sense of place—both local and far-flung. Opened in June 2024, it revolves around a charcoal grill, serving food that speaks to the vibrant street-side culture of Northern Thailand while remaining grounded in the lush bounty of Irish soil.

At Achara, tradition meets adaptation. The menu draws inspiration from the owner’s travels across Thailand: the scent of grilled meat curling through chaotic night markets, the soothing spice of Khao Soi after a 12 hour night bus journey to Chiang Mai, or the umami-rich punch of wok-fried aubergine on Yaowarat Road in Bangkok’s Chinatown. These vivid food memories are reimagined with local, sustainable ingredients sourced from some of Ireland’s best producers.

This is not an exercise in rigid authenticity, but in storytelling—each dish a dialogue between Thai tradition and Irish terroir. At its core, Achara is a tribute to the simple, powerful act of cooking over fire, and the cultures that have long honoured it.
